..They Squirm And They Cry
A haircut for toddlers, but just how?
The problem, a barber has solved now.
…..He takes the small child
…..Who drives everyone wild
And gives him a moo-hawk ‘top milk cow.

The limerick was written in answer to the challenge
to put a child, a barber, and a cow in the same poem
or short story – here: http://sandraconner.wordpress.com/2014/05/03/story-challenge-a-cow-a-barber-a-child/

A moo-hawk? Toooo Funny. This has to be a one-of-a-kind limerick if there ever was one. At least you didn’t say anything about the kid’s “cow-lick.” Very good work, Dennis. Thanks so much for taking part. I just knew you’d come up with something funny.
That was a last last minute substitution for another word I had in that place & it helped the limerick a lot. Glad you liked it.
Very good, I suppose I must post one now.
No pressure! 🙂
