Still Claims Purr-fection
Marble eyes,
Long on the whiskers,
Short on ears.
The Search Is Over
World’s coming:
That better mousetrap?
We’ve found it!

* The haiku I write are lines of 3-5-3 syllables instead of 5-7-5.

These are cute! Nicely done.
Thanks! And thanks for following and even better, for being a reader than merely a follower.
You’re welcome.
Cat’s eyes – reminded me of playing marbles at school. Do kids still play marbles?
I don’t know. I’ve got a bunch of nephews in the age range that might, but have never heard any of them talk about it. Growing up, I liked tops better than marbles. We’d draw a circle, spin our top in it. If it didn’t go out of the circle, others would try to knock it out.
Love this poem!
Thanks. Glad you stopped by to read.
